2012 Community Hike Program

BIG NEWS! (Feb 16, 2012) – We are very pleased to announce that we have hired a full-time Public Access Coordinator who will start at the end of March.  As Scot gets started, we will be adding community hikes and other events to the website. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we get Scot up and running for an even stronger public access program on the Ranch this year! If you have any questions, feel free to contact Jennifer Browne, Operations Manager, via email at jbrowne@tejonconservancy.org.  Thank you and we look forward to seeing everyone soon!

Event Info:

We respectfully ask that you limit your event registrations to two (2) per season so that others may get a chance to explore Tejon Ranch as space is limited.

  1. There is a limit of 30 participants on a first-come, first-serve basis per event.
  2. Pre-registration is required for all events.
  3. Walk-up registration is not allowed, no exceptions.
  4. Once you sign up and confirm that you can attend, you will be provided with specific details.
  5. Directions to the hike location are sent out one week prior to the event.
  6. Registration for programs closes at 4 p.m. two days prior to the event or when the participant limit is reached.
  7. We generally meet around 9:00am and most events will be from 4-5 hours, unless otherwise noted.
  8. If you would like to be on the wait list for an event, send an email, with “wait list” in the subject line, to jbrowne@tejonconservancy.org and we will email you if there is a cancellation.
