2013 Community Hike Program
January 2013 - We just posted our 2013 Community Hike schedule and have gotten a great response! Hopefully, the recent rain and snow will produce some nice wildflower displays in the San Joaquin and Antelope Valleys. If you see a trip that you would like to join, but it is full, please send an e-mail with your name and contact info (address, phone number) to Scot Pipkin (spipkin@tejonconservancy.org). He will be happy to place you and any members of your party on a waiting list for that event. Thanks for your support and we’ll start working on creating opportunities to see Tejon Ranch over the summer and fall of 2013. Hope to see you on the Ranch soon!
Event Info:
We respectfully ask that you limit your event registrations to two (2) per season so that others may get a chance to explore Tejon Ranch as space is limited.
- There is a limit of 30 participants for each event on a first-come, first-serve.
- Pre-registration is required for all events.
- Walk-up registration is not allowed, no exceptions.
- Confirmation e-mails including directions and hike details are generally sent out one week prior to the event.
- Registration closes 1 week prior to the event.
- We generally meet around 9:00am and most events will be from 4-5 hours, so come prepared with lunch, snacks and water.
- If you would like to be on the wait list for an event, send an e-mail with “wait list” in the subject line to spipkin@tejonconservancy.org and we will e-mail you if there is a cancellation.
- The commercial use of any painting, photography or other media produced on Tejon Ranch is strictly prohibited.
Your current address and phone number are required to register for public access events. (The information provided is for the Conservancy’s records and as a condition of access permission from the Tejon Ranch Company. The Conservancy and the Ranch commit that we will never share this information with any third-party.)
