Tunis Spring Exclosure

In early 2015, the Tejon Ranch Conservancy constructed a field-fencing exclosure around a riparian spring system at the mouth of Tunis Creek that had been severely degraded by cattle and pigs for over a decade. Since that time the Conservancy has been monitoring the recovery of native biodiversity and ecosystem function within the exclosure, and comparing those results with nearby unprotected springs.
